Cushman & Wakefield
Senior Designer
Cushman & Wakefield is among the world's largest commercial real estate services firms.
Early with the company, I was an integral member of the New York Metropolitan Marketing Team, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the Adobe Creative Suite, collaborating with colleagues, brokers and leadership on marketing and business development initiatives.
My position transitioned into a national role, partnering with the the Americas Brand & Design Team, extending my skillset in digital video, animation and website development, helping to create and promote the company brand and working with the web and CMS teams to develop the next version of the company website.
Social Media
Most campaigns we worked on required a social media component and meant graphics had to be created for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Here you'll find a sampling of some of my favorites.
CW Services: Tradeshow Display Graphics
In 2018, the CW Services group and Krissy Daily gave me the opportunity to design the wall displays for their upcoming tradeshow. It was a big, exciting project.
The deliverables had to be 300dpi and no less than half the size of the wall space. The tallest was 8 feet wide & 12 feet tall. The Photoshop files were always over a 1GB, and the computer crawled through the effects I would apply. It was nerve-wracking, but I developed a working method and, in time, got the job done. Here are the mock-up displays for the front & back of the booth and their final graphcs.
Ugly Sweater: A Supply Chain Journey

The second part of the project was created the same way and went on to explain the rest of the UGLY SWEATER journey.

Video
Presentations, marketing campaigns and company events often required a video element to showcase the company's presence, strengths and services. Below are some examples of videos I helped produce. The resources ranged from Adobe Stock,Video & Audio Block, customized art and photos. The software used was Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Animate. It was great fun and each project taught me something new.
